Legal
Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Adamantium Legal APC (“the firm”, “we”) collects through this website (adamantium.law) and how we use it.
Information you give us
If you submit the consultation form we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, telephone number (optional), the area of law concerned, the names of other parties (optional, used only for conflict checks) and your message. Please do not include confidential details about your matter — see our legal notice.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver and secure the site. To limit abuse of the form we keep a one-way, salted hash of the sender's IP address rather than the address itself. This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies when it needs to verify that a visitor is not automated.
How we use it
We use form submissions only to respond to your inquiry, to check for conflicts of interest, and to keep a record of the inquiry. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who host this website and deliver our messages on our behalf, or where required by law or to protect our rights.
Retention and security
Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 24 months. Engaged matters are governed by the firm's file-retention policy. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by calling (657) 225-5555 or by writing to the firm at the address below. Because we do not track visitors across sites, we do not change our practices in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the date below shows the latest revision. Questions: Adamantium Legal APC, 16451 Scientific Way, Irvine, CA 92618; (657) 225-5555.
