Garth Sullivan has appeared in court regularly for more than fifteen years, primarily as an immigration and civil-litigation attorney. He is admitted in the state courts of New York, Connecticut and California; in immigration courts throughout the United States; in the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of New York, the Central District of California and the District of Connecticut; and in the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second and Ninth Circuits.
Raised in Connecticut, Garth has practiced extensively in both New York and California — representing clients in immigration courts across the country, in civil matters in state court, and in civil and immigration matters in federal court. He has served as Senior Immigration Attorney, Director of Immigration and Senior Attorney at firms in New York and California.
